Two swimming pools in the community, one with a local bar for residents only (unique in the area!).
The bar serves food and drinks, organizes events and concerts, the owners are so friendly!
Pool areas with umbrellas and sun loungers. Plenty of space, an outdoor gym, all emerged in mature tropical gardens full of colorful flowers.
Gated community, enough available parking space both within the urbanization and nearby.
Commercial centre on the other side of the street with a supermarket, different shops, bars, multiple restaurants, caffe’, laundry and gym.
Just a 10–15-minute walk (5 min by car) to the beach and famous wooden pathway (senda litoral) along the coast which takes you to beautiful La Cala de Mijas or Calahonda in less than half an hour.
On the beach, you can enjoy many tasty restaurants and bars.
5-10 minutes to get to a tennis club or a local bowling club.
Numerous golf courses, sports clubs, local markets, and many places of interest nearby.

Amazing location, close to pubs and restaurants. Indoor swimming pool with a restaurant close to it - the perfect match for great holidays.
