Making a reservation confirmed by a deposit in the amount of EUR 1,200 due to rent the apartments is tantamount to the Tenant’s acceptance of the provisions of these Regulations.

At the time of booking (i.e. payment of a deposit in the amount of EUR 1,200 for the rental of the apartment), the rental agreement is considered concluded. The rental service includes the right to use the apartment with its equipment for an agreed period of time for a specified number of people in the reservation. The service does not include travel costs, meals and cleaning products.

If a reservation is made, the remaining amount due for the entire rental period (resulting from the reservation) as well as the local fee and the cost of final cleaning shall be paid by the Tenant 5 days before arrival. In the event of the shortening of the rental period by the Tenant, the amount for the unused period of lease shall be forfeited to the Landlord.

In the event of a complete resignation from the lease for reasons beyond the control of the Landlord, the deposit paid will be forfeited to the Landlord.

The rental period is counted for days. The hotel day starts at: 17:00 (on the day of arrival) and ends at: 10:00 (on the day of departure).

Handing over the apartment for rent and its release takes place in the presence of the Landlord or an authorized person. Immediately after handing over, the Tenant is obliged to check the condition of the equipment (furniture, doors, windows, devices, etc.) in it. Any damage or destruction found should be immediately reported to the Landlord.

If no such damage or destruction is reported on the day of arrival, it is considered that the house with its furnishings has been handed over in a condition without damage or destruction.

The Tenant is obliged to report to the Landlord any noticed defects on an ongoing basis in order to remove them. In the event of damage or destruction to the apartment or its equipment on the day of departure, the Tenant is financially responsible for the damage or destruction found and agrees that the damage or destruction be repaired at his expense. Losing the keys with a remote control to the gate – the cost of 200 euros. The costs are paid on the spot.

Visitors to the Tenant may stay on the premises of the facility until 23.00.

It is forbidden to use open fire, smoking, and other stimulants in the apartment. In the event of a fire or other threat, the Tenant together with people

It is forbidden to cook food that causes unpleasant persistent odors in the cottage.

The tenant is obliged to comply with the rules of good neighborhood, quiet at night, and fire safety rules.

The curfew (night silence) is valid from 23.00 to 7.00.

Pets in the cabins are not allowed.

The landlords supervise and take care of their children using the playground and swimming pools on the premises.

The tenant is obliged to maintain and hand over the house in the same condition, which includes, in particular, washing dishes and kitchen utensils, emptying the refrigerator, and taking out the rubbish before leaving. The facility has waste segregation.

The landlord is not responsible for the temporary inconvenience of using the cottage by independent suppliers, resulting e.g. from a temporary lack of water, electricity, etc.

The Landlord is not responsible for the Tenant’s belongings left unattended on the premises. The obligation to secure the property against theft and damage is borne by the Tenant.

The Spanish law applies to disputes arising in connection with the rental of the cottage. Any disputes will be settled amicably. In the event of a disagreement, the Landlord and the Tenant shall submit the dispute related to the rental of the cottage to the court having jurisdiction over the Landlord’s seat.
